Parking lot not well lit..Room was small..Bathroom on top of bed not providing much privacy..beds were uncomfortable as well as the rough sheets and poor quality pillows..Coffee maker in room was pathetic..The television was also pathetic..it was sooo dark you couldn't see a picture..the tv controller would not work..breakfast wasn't much to look forward to..There was one plastic fork left..the fruit provided consisted of 2 apples..

Clean room - great beds! Bʻfast was ok - biscuits,, scrambled eggs and gravy (watery) were lukewarm. Convenient and very accesible. Mentioned that the US fʻlag was unservicible (torn along the bottom). - front desk said he would take care of it. Would come back again.

Bed was kind of like a water bed, very bouncy! Everything was good. We did not have breakfast. I security lock on our door had screws hanging out. A good kick would open the door, but that would wake the whole building up so i wasnt concerned.

Mixed Experience – Needs Improvement I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While the facilities were generally okay and I felt safe throughout my stay, cleanliness and maintenance definitely need attention. The air conditioning in our room had a musty smell, and overall upkeep of the premises could be better. On a positive note, the bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable—no complaints there. However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised to end at 9:30 AM, I arrived at 8:55 AM to find the dining area completely empty: no eggs, no sausage, extremely runny waffle batter, and empty dispensers for both yogurt and coffee. The staff member handling breakfast was noticeably rude, but I sympathize with her situation—she was also managing the front desk at the same time, which suggests the hotel is understaffed. Overall, the hotel lacks organization and sufficient staffing, and cleanliness standards fall short. Despite feeling safe, I don’t plan to return.
