My family has absolutely no complaints about this stay. Breakfast options were amazing, so much to choose from, and we loved the extended hours for breakfast. The staff was so kind and helpful, from housekeeping to breakfast staff. All had smiles and were friendly. Every area was clean and looked great. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had full size amenities too! We have family in the area and will stay there every time from now on!

This is the cheapest-built building I've even been in. No soundproofing at all. I could hear conversations in three different rooms. As soon as the elevator door opens, I could hear the riders talking -- and I was 9 doors down! And let's not forget the upstairs neighbor stomping around and keeping me up. I finally got to sleep after everyone else settled down. I wound up just leaving at 4am to get out of there. :(

Emily, the attendant when we checked in was an exemplary employee of Tru Hotels and I told her manager about her! On the bed side of rating, not same beds or linens as the Tru hotel in Logansport IN and it was obvious they weren’t the same quality? Why not if same chain of hotels??
