Do NOT spend your money here!!!

This hotel has a very strong odor of vanilla. Something that is unbearable. Stall less friendly!! We were there for maybe 45 minutes and we couldn't take the smell it was giving my wife a headache. We decided we couldn't stay. They refused a full refund they said they could only refund us for one night and that it would take days to process. We hadn't even been in the room an hour but they could only process a refund for one night? Mind you we're 3 states away and needed the funds for another hotel room: We just said alright and moved on. The room wasn't clean either. There was dog hair all along the bottom of the wall. The wall was falling apart in the bathroom and the bathroom stank and there was a used cup on the floor by the door. For 200$ you'd think it'd be in shape. These people are just money hungry at the expense of travelers who aren't familiar. Horrible experience. Do not give these people your money you will be very unhappy.

The room was clean an friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like is I travel with my pet. You pay a 30 dollar pet fee when you check in (none refundable). I don’t understand why they have additional charges for pets if they’re no damages to room. I also had to give them additional $100. deposit (which I got back) even though I had gotten charged for the room already. They said it was for a security deposit if room was damaged.

Fine for a standard room, great water pressure

Check in was fine, even though i pre checked in day before, they still needed my ID and credit card. Room was fine. Standard 2 bed. Sheets are a bit rough and scratchy for us. Water pressure in the shower is excellent, almost makes up for the not so great bed. Its a standard hotel room and you get what you pay for. You have to get your ice bucket from the front desk, was not in the room. Staff is friendly.

This was a first in 50+ years!

The hotel was clean. I was leaving my room the next morning. I passed at least 4 employees. Not one said, "Good morning!" I have never seen that before. Every stay at hotels across America, rhe employees always speak and say to "Have a good day!!"

Glad we was there only one night.

The TV did not work. The gentleman that was there in the morning was nice but smoked right outside the front door so if you went in the door you had to walk through the smoke. When we spoke to him after he got the breakfast out he smelt like an ashtray. He was very nice but i couldn't stand the smell. The bed was comfortable but the couchbed w was very dirty. The soap advertised in the shower as dove however it was not.

Room had no coffee maker. Self declared pet friendly, but never mentioned there was a $30.00 unreturnable fee. Plus a $100.00 deposit. So our free Expedia Key reward room cost $130.00. Also poor air conditioning as well as missing tiles in the bathroom.

30 minute nightmare

Would not recommend. Like beyond would'nt recommend. Your car or hell, a truck stop would be better by miles. First things first, the front desk employee Brian is a problem, but we'll circle back to that in a minute. My family and I we're gonna stay here for one night before continuing our roadtrip hoping for a quiet and clean stay. Nope. Here you'll find a 2 story hotel with no elevator so good luck with your bags. Upon entering your room you'll find the dampest room you've ever seen or smelled for that matter. The carpet is soaked, the beds, guess what? Nice and wet with stains. After voicing the issue with Brian (told you we'd circle back) he looked at me and told me thats not possible and "He's never had a complaint for that." Funny they exist on here. But he eventually said we could move rooms. I stupidly hoped it would be better....it wasn't. I told him in the room it was still wet to which he tried to argue "its just cold from the a/c." The a/c wasn't running in the room and the dehumidifier they tried to hide in there was full. So, sure Brian, im sure those sheets are just cold. He continued to protest and fight over it like we were stupid. The equivalent being telling a guest their steak is cooked mid-rare when its blatantly burned. Its the sheer audacity to be that wrong and caught but fight to be right. After asking multiple times for a redund and him deflecting, we left and now have to try to get a refund.
