We had to switch rooms from a king to a queen room because the Tv and refrigerator did not work. The hot water was non existent in the shower in the middle of winter. Will not stay again

My room had to be switched because the key didnt work. The next room I had to get it reprogrammed everytime I needed to get back in. The posted rules clearly stated if you check out after 1 pm the charge would be 50.00 a forfeiture of my incidental deposit. While it clearly states he charged me for a while other day!?! I honesty will NEVER stay here again Oh and the breakfast was not a breakfast at all.

First off, the elevator is a death trap. Not only very slow, but squeaks very loud, rubbing something very loudly, and the operating permit posted inside the elevator has an expiration date of April 30, 2022. We stayed 5 nights, 1st morning we left for the day asked the maid on the floor to exchange the towels, she said, ok. Didn't do it. 2nd day, again asked, didn't do it. We confronted her as to why she hadn't done it, she says her key card wasn't working, Hello, go fix it. The next day she attended to the room, very incomplete job. We were gonna use the room phone to call the desk, the phone was nasty, with coffee or something that's been there who knows how long. At the end of our stay, asked to speak with the manager, was told, he's out of the country and can't be reached and no one else is in charge, to make any decisions or help.
