This property was really gorgeous- sparkling clean and amazing space for our party of 6 - 3 couples. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and each room hadits own bathroom facilities which were excellent. The living space was bigger than expected with full kitchen facilities that enabled us to have breakfast in house before going exploring for the day. Free parking on the street outside was a very pleasant surprise. The street and lication were extremely peaceful and safe with some food shops and restaurants nearby. Really easy to get uber into centre of nashville and back at any time. Really excellent communication with the owner at all times.

Came to Nashville for a hockey tournament for the kids. Had a great time. Mom, dad and kids had the whole 3rd floor and gramma had the downstairs master. Beds were super comfortable. Great set up. The only complaint would have been the street parking as we had to round the block a few times to find a spot. Other than that loved the place and would definitely stay again

Great neighborhood spot

Very comfortable property close to downtown (about a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic), but in a comfortable neighborhood with plenty of its own attractions. The neighborhood was quite walkable (though Nashville drivers may vary from those in your city in terms of pedestrian courtesy) and had interesting shops, restaurants and drinkeries. Parking was simple and free. Worked great for our non-partying family vacation.

The townhouse was beautiful. Beautifully decorated and spacious for us. I wish it had been in a better part of town but it wasn’t too much of a concern. The bathroom upstairs didn’t have a trash can so I would recommend adding that. And the check in process was a bit confusing. We literally didn’t get the code until 4pm on the dot. The door also locked when we were leaving and it was only 10am. What if we had to go back in for something? But overall, loved the place. Just a few minor things.

Awesome Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean & modern home. Free streaming on Netflix, games provided, lots of nice bakeware, cookware & utensils. Some items such as foil & dish towels would have been nice to have handy. Also shower gel in a couple of bathrooms were empty but some of us brought our own from home so it wasn’t really a big deal. Just a heads-up for next booking. Neighborhood was nice & walkable with dining and shopping nearby. Very short Uber ride to downtown. The host was very easy to reach and quick to respond. I highly recommend this property for a family getaway or girls trip!

We rented this house for a bachelorette trip. The house was exactly what we needed. It was clean, cute and affordable. We had 5 women on the trip and the space was very comfortable. Beautiful, clean, spacious & convenient

We're a group of 4 women and we were looking for a comfortable place that was convenient, but not in the middle of things. This condo, located in East Nashville, is on a pretty side street and is conveniently located within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores (Aldi, Kroger, Publix), and was about a $10 uber ride into downtown. The condo itself has a modern, but warm feel and is tastefully decorated. I couldn't get a good idea for the flow of the space from the online pics and I was so pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the home. King bedroom & attached bath on the 1st/ground level, the 2nd/main level is a large, open area with kitchen, dining area and living area and just outside is a cute balcony. The 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms (1 with two queens, 1 with king), each with a full bathroom and another cute, outside balcony. The 4 of us felt absolutely spoiled by the amount of space we had. And the beds....OMG! SO comfortable. I'm pretty sure it was the first thing that each of us said to one another after that first night's sleep! But besides comfort, space, classy decor, and great location, the place is just spotless. And finally, hats off to the hosts for being extremely responsive. All around, a 10 out of 10. I'd imagine that as more reviews come in, this place is going to be nearly impossible to book. It's just that awesome. Thank you to our hosts!

Perfect Spot for a Girls' Trip

We had the most amazing time at this location. We did a long weekend (bachelorette) trip with 6 of my friends at this home. The place was spotless and it is so so so adorable. I wish we would have stayed in one night it was SO nice! And very spacious!! The beds were incredibly comfortable (we doubled up in most and that worked greated) and everything was beautiful and worked perfectly. The record players were AWESOME and you could hook them up to your phone to play music. The patio seating areas were amazing as well. There are a ton of walkable amazing places for food and drinks (wish we had more time to check out East Nash) and it was a very very short uber to everything downtown!! My friends could not get over how awesome this place was. It was totally perfect - if you're considering go ahead and book it! Also, the host was very responsive and super helpful.

Absolutely loved this place

Our stay in June, 2021 was perfect. We were a party of six. This place was just as it was pictured. My daughter and her boyfriend loved that there were record players on all levels. We spent just about every night out on the balcony talking and just hanging out. The living space was so cozy, and felt like home. It just just a short drive to downtown and just about anywhere we wanted to go. The host did a fantastic job in responding to any questions we had prior to our trip. I would definitely recommend this place.

Long weekend in Nashville

This place was the perfect find for us. It is sparkling clean, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. The turntables and records in every room are a nice touch. The layout over three floors provided ample indoor and outdoor spaces for the six of us to be together and/or find our own space. The East Nashville location near 5 points is terrific and close to all amenities. The owners were very easy to deal with. We would definitely come back for another visit. We highly recommend this place!

What a great condo for a girls weekend! Everything was just perfect. This was a great location!!

We had a great experience with renting this condo. The property owners were great at communicating what to expect. They also provided some very helpful suggestions on where to eat. The location of the condo was just perfect. Close to many things to do and a quick Uber ride from downtown Asheville. We loved staying here. The place was decorated so cute. We will definitely come back again.
