Very clean room recently remodeled. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Location is great near Grand Ole Opry, Shopping Center and bars and restaurants with late night entertainment. Excellent value for the money.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The sofa, bed, sheets, pillows, and blanket were all covered in stains and clearly not cleaned properly. I felt very uncomfortable during my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable check in was great, breakfast was good. We walked to the Gaylord Opryland hotel for the Christmas lights with no problem. The problem was location of the room. It was pretty close to a bar and the bar parking. There was bar music and of course bar goers that slam their car doors and toot their horn making sure the car doors are locked. So I recommend this hotel if you do not stay in the rooms facing Cooters musuem.

Weve stayed here a few times, we live in texas but drive to Ohio a few times a year and always stop in nashville. Weve stayed at some high end hotels and some cheaper ones. This is by far our favorite. Clean rooms, good breakfast, close to downtown,Staff is amazing and helpful.

All was very nice. Comfortable bed and pillows. No odors on bedding and pillows. Quiet after the bar next door closed and bands stopped playing. Liked the scrambled eggs and coffee in morning - all was very good. VERY CLEAN and up-to-date. No complaints.
