Hotel and staff were great. Staff checked in via text at least once a day. Parking garage is on the small side but it’s enclosed and has a security gate so it’s worth it.

The front desk employees were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were able to get a check in earlier than was guaranteed. The rooms were small but had the things that one would need. I liked the bath products that were in the room. There are no dressers or drawers in the rooms but instead open spaces and cubby holes. It had a refrigerator a desk and a chair and the bed and a good size TV mounted on the wall. The shower water pressure and temperature were consistent and decent. And the room was clean. Housekeeping was good at giving you whatever you requested. The breakfast in the morning that is included had a large variety of items including hot and cold items coffees and teas and chocolate milk available. It also had juices and yogurt. You can make your own waffle or push a button and a machine would make you a couple of Pancakes. They also had lots of condiments. Bagels and English muffins were available to be toasted. There was something for everybody. Overall it was a nice quiet stay and a clean Hotel and it was in decent walking distance to everywhere you would want to go downtown without being in the middle of the busy areas. If and when I come back to Nashville I would consider staying here again.
