Gorgeous 145 year old renovated farmhouse 20 minutes from downtown! The home was renovated by the HGTV show Nashville Flipped.

You will have the upstairs suite with private, separate entrance and its own private balcony. There are two bedrooms and full bath. The bedrooms are adjoining however, so you have to walk through bedroom 1 to get to the second bedroom.

Spring and summer are amazing with hydrangeas, roses and more in bloom on the property. There is no kitchen but there is a coffee maker and small refrigerator for your use. Separate HVAC unit gives you complete control.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment, which features a refrigerator. There's a private balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
