Beautiful spacious historic home located next to Music Row and in the historic Edgehill neighborhood and adjacent to the Gulch. This house is within walking distance to many of Nashville's best restaurants, bars and music venues as well as to Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. Downtown Broadway is a inexpensive 5 minute Uber ride. It is definitely one of the most centrally located homes you will find in Nashville with fenced in backyard if you want to bring your four legged family member

This house was perfect for our stay in Nashville. It’s a beautiful, spacious home. The house was well stocked. Andy, the property owner, was very responsive and also proactively checked in with us - just in case we needed anything. We would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful home with lots of character

This home was perfect for our stay in Nashville. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get anywhere you’d like to go. The house is very comfortable and extremely stocked with everything we could possibly need. We’re officially spoiled! The fenced backyard was perfect for our pups. Andy was incredibly helpful and accommodating which was very appreciated. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The home is in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to the Gulch and a short ride to downtown. It's a beautiful older home that is well maintained with many updates and a large well stocked kitchen. Andy is an excellent host and we would stay her again!

Amazingly Charming Property

We brought 4 of our scholarship students to attend a conference at Vanderbilt. This property was absolutely amazing! Great location, super clean but at the same time felt so much like home, they even had a couple of goodies ready for us when we came in! Andy was an incredible host always checking in and making sure we had everything we need! I would stay here again and again!
