Lobby was cute and had a lot to offer. Room was clean and nice but also small, with limited amenities. No window. Clicking noise throughout the night. No fridge, microwave, safe, etc. The water downstairs attached to ice machine was hot. Staff weren’t the most friendly.

Great location to downtown. The hotel bar was for socializing. Just wish the ice machine was not located on the first floor. No mini fridge nor microwave in the rooms.

The room smelled like sewage or trash. I asked to be moved at no charge. Later I find I was charged 2 rooms and when I called with my two invoice approvals the desk clerk Heaven was rude and told me to just dispute it. This is after 5 days of trying to call the hotel to get a return call from the Gm who o find out is on vacation and no one else can process refund.
