We will stay there again

We arrived late for our reservations. Friendly and easy to recognize staff at check in. Quick and efficiency, Love that the hotel accommodated our dog. Easy access to pet relief area outside. We had nice studio 2 queen room. Clean and comfortable. The view wasn’t what we expected sadly the new Titans stadium was being built right out our window. Noise was non stop but lucky for us we can sleep thru anything. Microwave was small. The light switch in entry into suite was a bit odd as it wasn't working until locating another switch by bedside that turned em on. I understand it gives client the ability to have access to turn em off upon going to bed. Otherwise we were happy with our one night stay. Thank you to the night staff that helped with plates and utensils as the Til Five Pizza was late on delivery, not quality but warm food order arrived with out the ability to enjoy eating it

I had a great stay at the La Quinta everyone was very nice and helpful and it’s a great location to downtown. It’s only a mile and a half walk over the bridge which is a great view.

Great stay but plan ahead for traffic noise

Overall great stay. Front desk was very accommodating and courteous. Only negative I can pass on was highway noise. Location of the hotel makes this something you have to deal with. Having stayed there before I brought ear plugs which worked great. A white noise machine would likely work as well. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

The breakfast was nice. A good variety althought they never changed the signs that stated what the items in the serving trays were. It still said country sausage when it was actually chicken strips for chicken and waffles. not a big deal though.

The Concierge was the worst I have ever experienced. I inquired about directions at the front desk and was told I needed to talk to the Concierge. He was not at his desk. I came back later and he still wasn't there. I asked the front desk again if I could get some simple directions and she called over the Concierge who was laughing and talking to the bartender. The Concierge was rude, insulting, and talked fast when he realized we just needed some walking directions. I have traveled extensively and cannot recall a worse interaction with any hotel personnel. The next morning we came down to breakfast and saw him outside smoking instead of doing his job. I cannot recommend this hotel no matter how nice it is if the staff treats guests in this manner.

There were no issues with my stay or the hotel. Would recommend adding mirrors to the parking garage, around the corners to know when someone is coming down or up for cars, and pedestrians. As well the elevator from the parking garage, is not clearly visible from all sides.
