The verbiage is incorrect on the room description, thought I was getting a room with a tub- there was no tub. When my room was serviced, the lady said she didn’t have a more small towels, then I tipped her. Towels were on my door in 30 mins, weird! The microwave being under the TV was a strange placement. My ironing board was broke. From check-in, the front desk associates ignore you until they finish their conversation. They really need to do better. The nicest people were the valet guys from the moment we arrived.

Bed were firm .. i prefer soft , bedding was amazing , rooms very clean , breakfast was exceptional . $ 30 for velet oarking and $25for self park. Garage is gated. We felt safe.

Room looked great with an amazing view! AC blew dusty smelling air whenever coming on however. Elevator setup was tedious leading to long wait times for the single elevator closest to room. Elevator also shared with staff adding to length of wait time and often seemed to be propped open on another floor. Hotel was sold out due to game but, with room on 10th floor, and other two elevators across hotel, all options became undesirable. As a result, it was a significant amount of time everytime leading to unnecessary rushing. Laundry services did not operate adding to amount of time in futility. After waiting for elevator. Up and down. Close to stadium. Very nice. Room had great view of downtown. New stadium construction dominated view. Moot when finished. Patience required if there's a Titans home game. Keep key with you always otherwise it's stairs at best regardless of floor, up or down. Not counting the AC unit, room was great, not a fan of the hotel. Will opt for lodging further away from stadium if necessary when attending game next month. Did not enjoy headache from ac unit. Considering what hotel charged per room, it was found lacking in many categories.
