I left three items of clothing in the closet. I called the next morning to tell them and they told me that they did not find them. I called again the next day they checked with housekeeping both times and reported they did not find the items I said do you think they looked in the closet? They said well I hope so. I said well then someone has stolen my property. They had no response. I’ve never had this happen in a hotel before, and it was very upsetting. I’m hoping that whoever cleaned my room has been talked to you, but I have no idea at any rate. I understand that sometimes people can report things stolen when it’s not true I did not expect any kind of compensation, but it was just a very upsetting situation very unhappy with the hotel

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was very close to downtown. The staff was very friendly ….very helpful as it was our first visit to Nashville. Except some type of manager at check in. She was not as friendly or accommodating. We enjoyed having the breakfast included in our stay however it was the same things each morning …. Same sausage. Same type of potatoe. Same eggs. Different type of sausage/meat and potatoe at least would have been nice. Same with the kickback from 5:30-7:00.. it was very nice it was included in our stay however a variety would have been appreciated. . We stayed 3 days. We had the exact same thing 2 times. And the same breakfast 3 consecutive days. A variety would have been appreciated and much nicer.
