Staff was courteous and room was clean. Our room wasn’t ready when we got to the hotel and the lady didn’t bother telling us that the reason it wasn’t ready was because Expedia booked us a hearing accessible room. The continental breakfast was a decent spread and they had coffee/tea and water 24 hours which was a plus. Another positive was that the strip and Bridgestone arena were a short walking distance away.

Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Breakfast area and lobby furniture was worn and torn. Common bathroom area has peeling wallpaper and mildew. For the price the space looked very worn and ignored. Cost of mandatory valet parking was terrible.
