Plenty of free street parking sits directly in front of the house, so the whole group can park without hunting for a spot. A rideshare gets you downtown to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, or Nissan Stadium in about 10 to 15 minutes, and BNA Airport is a straightforward drive from the house
