Hotel is good for the price. There’s nothing to do in that area as most things have shut down. It was a convenient location for going to the Opry.

This was a very clean, quiet, nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a Logan’s steak house, Bob Evan’s restaurant, and Cracker Barrel within a block of the hotel and a convenience store. The Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall are within 10 minutes of the Hotel very close and easy to get to.

Never did see it. Breakfast was not ready to eat at 6:00am start time. That was included in the room price should be a partial refund if they don’t get it setup by the posted time. We were leaving early to beat the traffic and were unable to eat because the breakfast wasn’t there at 6:00. The lights weren’t even on in the breakfast area.

The check in process was easy and Steve was very pleasant. The hallway on the 2nd floor did have a bad smell at first but went away. Same with the room, it was a little musty smelling. However, the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good in the morning, and the person at the front desk was also very nice. He offered to take a picture of my daughter and I in front of the picture on the wall. All in all it was a good stay

The bathroom was on the small side and the sink is too low. Coffee packets and cups for the room were not restocked and we like our coffee in the morning before we go down for breakfast. Overall our stay was comfortable. Room and facility was clean and bed very comfortable. Food was decent. Staff not always present at the front desk and phone not answered when called the front desk
