Check in was great! I wish I knew her name that took care of us but she was awesome! Room was clean and decently comfy. My only little complain was a tiny bit of mold around the caulking on the tub. Other than that, everything was good!

We stay here twice a year to visit Nashville. Hotel is in a safe quiet area a few minutes from the hwy. Rooms are always very clean & amenities plentiful. The staff are all very courteous & helpful we love them & definitely makes the stay much more enjoyable. My only complaint would be regarding the room fridges that they never seem to be working. See ya again soon.

The entire hotel from lobby, elevator, hallways, to the room is so clean. Thoroughly impressed. I did not catch the lady's name at the front desk but she was so sweet and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough. Phenomenal experience overall.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in at night was so sweet and kind, and she was probably the highlight of the stay. When we got to our room, we discovered that it was not very clean at all. There was food and stuff left under the pull out couch and crumbs all in the cushions. The bathroom was okay, but there was some mold and mildew and general grime in the tub. The breakfast bar in the morning was small, which is fine, but it was kind of messy as well. Dirty waffle iron, cereal despensers were full of what looked like old crumbs, and the decaf coffee was barely warm. I think it has the potential to be a nice, budget friendly hotel, but it just needs a really good cleaning. I probably would not go back unless everything else was booked.
