Other Things to Note:
▶ To help prevent insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially while the AC is running. A fee of up to $500 applies if windows or doors are left open while the AC is on. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ Pets are not allowed.

▶ No parties. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours after 9:00 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Significant noise disturbances or loud music after this time will result in early termination of the reservation without a refund for the remaining nights.

▶ Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the unit. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property clean and smoke-free for future guests. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and early termination of the reservation without a refund for the remaining nights.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval. We kindly ask that you coordinate any changes with us in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $100 fee per hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please help us keep the home in excellent condition by leaving all furniture in its original position. Moving furniture is not permitted, and a $250 fee applies to violations of this rule.

▶ TRASH: There are two trash cans located in the driveway. Please ensure all trash is securely bagged before placing it in the bins, as the collection company cannot accept loose trash. This helps prevent pests and keeps the property clean for everyone. A $100 fee applies for improper trash disposal.

▶ To help protect the septic system and prevent plumbing issues, please flush only toilet paper. Paper towels, wipes, trash, and feminine products should be placed in the provided bins. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs resulting from blockages caused by flushing prohibited items.
