There was a microwave and fridge with freezer in the room, which is important. The lighting was nice but not enough outlets. The room was not well cleaned, there was hair on the pillows, bedspread, all over the bathroom floor and in the shower.

Internet needs a few steps and frequent reconnection but works Brand new shower. Hot water Full beds- as advertised/ not queen. Breakfast and coffee complete array of choices- hot and cold with fresh fruit.

Everything was better than expected. One very important thing. The hall carpet on the first floor was buckled in the middle and I tripped on it several times. I told the front desk and I was told that maintenance was told. I said you got some duct tape to tape it down so people won’t trip. I was told that they were not allowed to do things like that because of appearance and that was strictly not the staff’s job and he apologized. I thought that was dumb of corporate to make a rule like that. 1. It is a liability, some old lady could trip on it and bust her face open 2. A piece of duct tape could have temporarily fixed the problem or a yellow caution cone placed over it and a sign could be put up that apologizes for the inconvenience. Overall the room, food and staff were 5 star.

Well-lit parking lot, available close handicap parking. Breakfast has good options for those wanting a healthier breakfast. Sausage is better quality that doesn't give an after-reminder that you ate it. Soft bagels. Great coffee.

Safe parking. Well lit. Friendly staff. Ice machines and vending on every floor. The public workspace was in the lobby so a lot of distractions. The room was less than expected. There were positives, e.g. bed linens, pillows and the towel linens were very good quality. Daily housekeeping efforts get an A+. I enjoyed having fresh towel linens, remade beds, and trash cans efforts were very appreciated. Hot water always available. There were negatives as well, e.g. stained older carpet, falling sink counter. Damaged towel bar. Damaged shower curtain. Bearing noise in bathroom fan was very annoying. Only a single outlet at the bed and no other outlets easily accessible near the bed for overnight phone charging. No outlet accessible for laptop power at the desk. I would most likely not stay at this hotel in the future due to the above.

Nice hotel . The hotel was clean and comfortable. It served breakfast was good. Very nice staff especially the front desk Lola she is sweet and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Needs improvement, but helpful staff

We’ve stayed here many times over the years, but sadly there were issues during this particular stay. Thankfully, the staff did their best to resolve it and we did end up switching rooms. They were so accommodating! Overall though, the property is feeling really dated, some of the other guests were problematic.
