Very comfortable bed and room, other than the AC/Heat thermostat not working, but I didn't let the desk know until I checked out. Everything was very clean and up to date. The desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, although the same every morning. The link sausage was actually better than you usually get in a hotel. Even better, the lobby coffee was actually pretty good. I stayed three nights, including Friday and Saturday. Evening traffic in Franklin can be awful, but I didn't have to drive to a restaurant for dinner. There is a Cracker Barrel across the street. This hotel is good value for the money.

The breakfast wasn't good. The room as the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The cleaning staff didn't understand English or didn't care about my answer that at 91q5 we were not ready to leave yet and still walked over to knock on the door

I had requested a first floor room because Im handicap. The reservation was accepted. Curtains were broke & couldnt close. They were wide open no privacy! did not feel safe. I had to pay $50 more dollars to be moved to another room. This want our fault. Baymount should have moved us at no cost. This is discrimination on handicap people! Am contacting better business bureau and ACLU & EEO & requesting an investation .
