So all the front desk employees were friendly, professional &helpful. Cleaning person never filled the room with clean towels or cleaned room. We had to ask for towels each day. Parking is free but horrible not enough spaces up front for handicap, breakfast first morning was good Not overcooked, rest of stay it was horrible we found out the normal woman went on vacation after our first night & boy handling it seemed to over cook the sausage and not keep containers filled with the hot food. We had to literally ask the front desk woman so she could tell him. Would like to see more options for the price we paid, like waffles, better yogurt, bread options instead of just white, maybe biscuits and gravy. We went to DENVER,Co and had much better experience with that hotel choice for same price :( All and All front desk staff was awesome and it was safe, clean throughout the place

1) the breakfast was our biggest disappointment. - the steam from the scrambled eggs condensed back into the container so much that the eggs sat in a pool of water, making it soggy and very unappetizing to look at. - the selection of fruits could have been better - bananas are a MUST. Who is going to have time to cut open and eat kiwis for breakfast? - the protein could be better - grilled chicken would have been way better than those salty oily sausages. - juices - please get more natural or healthier options than minute maid - it will make them kid-friendly 2) rooms should have a microwave 3) hotel could use a few more parking spots.

Nice hotel, but 25 car windows were smashed the night we stayed there so try to park as close as possible to the hotel entrance and don’t leave anything in the car.
