Labor Day getaway

It was a great experience, we were met in the parking lot by Nikki, the hotel manager. Very friendly, and very helpful. It was very clean and the cleaning staff took great care of the room every day. They had a great continental breakfast offered in the lobby and the people that worked. They were very friendly.

I was in Naragansett for 4 nights for a family beach trip. Unfortunately I did not know until I arrived at the property that there was no elevator and my room was on the second floor. I am an older woman with arthritic knees so this was definitely a problem for me. Fortunately, there was someone to help me up with my bag. Basically, it was a very nice property....clean and comfortable. The shower and toilet were in one area and the sink was in another. The sink was tiny and difficult to use....ie....brushing my teeth over this little sink was difficult. Also, the walls were thin and children in the next room made a hell of a lot of noise at 7am!! Breakfast in the lobby was sufficient. The restaurant food and service were good. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall....it was a good experience.

The room was simply horrible. The sink was in the bedroom and it was so small and the faucet so long that washing your face was problematic and resulted in puddles on the floor. The staff was unhelpful. Continental breakfast oranges were non-peel able and dry like they have been sitting out for a month. Bad experience all around

Beautiful property with a fun bar/restaurant downstairs, great location and staff, easy parking. The only complaint was the bedding didn’t fit quite right which was a hassle, but overall, great stay!

Boston birthday trip

We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though

Hotel had poor reception on cell phone networks and only has an unsecured WiFi, a secured WiFi specific to guests would be appropriate. More protein options for free breakfast would be helpful. Cleaner bathroom ceiling exhaust and bathroom shower floors would be nice. Bathroom shower soap option would be helpful. Beds are on a boxy loud platform base, outdoor patio furniture discolored and appears dirty. No additional in room door locking feature except for key card entry on exterior of door.

Room 31 was on the corner, so it had a lovely partial ocean view from the balcony. I got a lot of exercise going up the stairs to get to that level, which was good for me. The shower products were three oddly different scents: rum, peppermint and cilantro. I did mention this at checkout.

We came to the shore house disheveled from a bad uber experience. We were early at check in but quickly the front desk receptionist took our bags and escorted us to the restaurant where the staff continued to care for us and put our troubles behind us. Thank you all!
