House rules
- Maximum 8 guests. The guest count on the reservation must be accurate.
- No parties, events or gatherings. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep outdoor noise and music down. No amplified music outdoors after 9:00 PM.
- One dog under 60 lb is allowed on request with a pet fee. Add the dog to the reservation at booking. No dogs on beds.
- No smoking anywhere on the property.
- Outdoor fires in the fire pit only. Do not move the fire pit. Supervise children near any fire. Never leave a fire unattended. No fireworks. Follow local fire bans.
- Hot tub: maximum 4 people at a time. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. No infants or toddlers. No diving, jumping or sitting on the edge. No glass. Shower first. Add nothing to the water. Replace the cover after use.
- Deer, birds and other wildlife live here. Secure all food and trash. Do not feed, approach or disturb animals.
- Park only in the designated parking areas.
- Local guests, please contact us before booking. No third party bookings.

Pets: 1 Dog under 60lb permitted with pet fee. Excessive damage fees may apply. See guest agreement for pet rules.
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly not permitted.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep outdoor noise and music down during those hours.
Local guests must contact us before booking, and third-party bookings are not accepted.
Scheduled maintenance, such as lawn care or snow plowing, may occur during your stay. We will make every effort to minimize any disturbance.
Parking is only allowed in the designated parking areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Weapons of any kind are not allowed on the premises.
Tents, yurts, or other camping equipment are not permitted.

Wildlife Note

The property is located in a beautiful natural setting where you may encounter local wildlife such as deer, birds, squirrels, and smaller creatures. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay:

- Please secure all food and trash to avoid attracting animals.
- Wildlife encounters are rare, but for safety, do not feed, approach, or disturb any animals.
- Enjoy observing nature responsibly and respect the natural habitat around you.
