Spend your evenings grilling on the patio, gathering around the fire pit, or stargazing after a day of hiking and exploring nearby Catskills towns. Window A/C units are installed during warmer months.

- Check-in is after 4:00 PM (self-check-in), and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Need an early check-in or late checkout? Feel free to reach out! We`re happy to accommodate when our cleaning schedule allows.
- Pets welcome (up to 2). Add them to your reservation and keep them off beds and furniture.
- The primary guest must be 21 or older.
- Fire pit use must follow NY burn rules (no brush burning March 16 to May 14).
- Park only in the two spots on the side of the house (turn down the side road). No street parking.
- Staff may service the yard during your stay; we`ll give notice when we can and never enter without permission.
- If anything breaks, please tell us right away so we can fix it.

Loved the coziness. Reminded me of a Cotswold house in England. Low ceilings, clean white walls and nice art made it feel elevated. Stairs are steep so maybe not great for young kids/older people or those with mobility issues. A great fire pit and chairs paired with the sounds of owls and big starry skies.
