Wonderful, responsive host. Beautiful home with 4 separate bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. 2 bedrooms are on the upper level and 2 bedroom n the lower level. Each floor has a bathroom/ shower. Plenty of parking for multiple family or guests.

We had an amazing stay at Merritt farm! The host was super accommodating and the house was perfect for our family. Hope has made sure the house has all the comforts of home and is decorated beautifully! The location is a great home base to explore this beautiful area. Annual Family Get Away

Our stay at the Merritt Farm was perfect for our annual vacation with our adult children and their spouses. There was plenty of room, comfortable sleeping and easy access to local beaches and all that Mystic and Groton have to offer. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Our Vacation stay at the Merritt Family Farm home was Perfect! The home is centrally located. The owner,,Hope. has many thoughtful accommodations and the king-size beds were especially comfortable. and the bedrooms were perfect for each guest! We spent the weekend at this wonderful home with our children and grand children. The house was lovely and spacious.The common areas great and the bedrooms quite comfortable. Hope is a terrific hostess, immediately responsive to any questions we had. We hope we can all meet and stay here again.
