Incredible clean 4th floor condo in magnolia pointe, access to 7 outdoor pools, condo located on 2 golf courses and a mile to the beach, 5 minutes to Broadway on the Beach, waves water park 8 minutes to the Ripken experience restaurants right on 17 bypass etc , right in the middle of it all but yet a quiet view from the 4th floor of the lake, enjoy your complementary morning coffee or afternoon beverage with the sound of running water in the background. The property is as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Solid furniture that doesn’t shake or tremble when you sit on it (unlike the Ikea furniture at the last place we stayed). I slept in the master bedroom and that mattress was the best! The location is also great and close to everything.

Quick Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

It rained the entire time we were there. So the unit being as spacious as it was gave us the needed room to be comfortable. It was clean and well stocked. Very close to Broadway at the Beach, many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!

We have traveled to Magnolia Pointe for the past 12 years. This was by far the best place we stayed in at this facility. The condo is very clean with new carpeting, freshly painted and a great view of the lake. Mr. Pyke responded quickly and was very easy to work with. We definitely plan to stay here again.
