This place doesn’t even have a name out front for you to find it. We reserved an oceanfront room and they did not have one ready they put us in a side room where the tv, fridge and toilet was broken and when we asked the next morning if our room was ready they said no. I am trying to get Hotels.com to give me my money back because they sold something they did not Have!!!

They just bought the place and have all the parking taped off in front of the main office so you have to park somewhere random and hope you don’t get towed while you’re there checking in. The place was disgusting. Two pillows had mold the toaster and coffee maker were dirty. The microwave had no glass dish to sit your food on. They used the old photos from the previous owners and it shows a tv in the room and there wasn’t one. We pjs for oceanfront and we were put on ground floor where a disgusting unused pool is and you can’t even see the ocean. The male Indian man was friendly the lady was a straight unprofessional and hung up on me when we called to see where to check in because they didn’t have a new sign with the hotels name on it and no where on here says they just purchased the sea mist. Do not recommend.

Booked a room with three beds they sold my room have another room with two beds and the sofa bed was covered in filth. The mattress was disgusting with blood stains on it and on the wall. We left and promised a refund and never got it.

When I got to my room there was no toilet paper, no Kleenix, no soap, no shampoo, no coffee packets for the coffee maker, only a sheet on the bed, with nothing to cover with, no pillow case, no TV and no internet service. I went back to the office and they managed to come up with some flimsy towels a bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper. At night , I had to cover with a beach towel that I brought with me.

Absolutely never stay here

Do not stay here. If I could give zero stars I would. I had mushrooms growing out of the bathroom wall, the pools were condemned. The parking lots were closed down. The rooms were filthy including the bedding. The cookware was disgusting. The water park (whole reason why I booked here) was completely shut down as well.

Pest issues. Dirty unsafe room. Mold issues. Didn’t have soap in bathroom to wash my hands. Bathtub clogged. Dirty water each time you use it. Floor was unlevel. A/C barely kept up. Pictures were very in accurate. No one answered the phone in lobby. Lobby was rundown thought it was closed when first checking into. Overall horrible experience never gonna book this place till some major renovations and overall staff improvement is done. Very disappointed is this place not worth the money.
