THE CONDO
Step into `The Sunrise Dune,` a bright, open-concept living space where coastal comfort meets modern style. The inviting living area features comfortable seating and a 50” Smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. You`ll also find a collection of books and board games for your enjoyment. Your private balcony, accessible directly from the living room and main bedroom, is the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee while taking in stunning, expansive ocean views.

The fully stocked kitchen, featuring granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, awaits your culinary adventures. We provide a drip & K-pod coffee maker, toaster, blender, children`s dinnerware, and all essential cookware. Gather around the six-person dining table, where every meal comes with a gorgeous coastal backdrop.

Three serene bedrooms offer a peaceful night`s sleep for up to 8 guests. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are included for the number of guests on your reservation. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials (kitchen towels, toilet paper, trash bags) for your first night. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.
* Beach Items: Pool/beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas are not provided. Chairs and umbrellas are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.
* Safety: For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $55 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 10 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
