We stayed for 11 nights over the Christmas break. Lovely apartment, everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were clean, reception staff welcoming and helpful. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes by metro from the centre of Munich. Would definitely stay there again if back in Munich.

Very accesible to Metro Station Neuperlach Sud, about 15-20 minutes to Downtown Munich. Hotel has Rewe and Rossman grocery on the ground floor. It has everything you need even washer and dryer. but you need to download appwash app. the wash and dry price is very reasonable. the only negative experience we got was the staff they are not so friendly and helpful. upon check in we had a difficulty using there automatic or eñectronic check in counter. the front desk lady -( a heavy set lady) was not very helpful and when we asked for her help she refused helping us and we were travelling with my 81 year old Dad where we had a 6 hour long train ride from Paris. And another Staff just showed up with a plate of food and they keep talking to each other ignoring us. Not until I started to speak up more that we needed help checking in and she said that we should used the electronic check in system that the hotel has in the lobby. for some reason we cannot find our booking using that system, if we do we will not need her help in the first place. we also noticed that they do not greet their guests we are the one who greeted them goten morgen or good morning etc. even then the staff do not even respond to our greetings. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, very convenient, quiet and well appointed. Also they do not clean your unit every after 5 days. we stayed for days and obviously we did not get the chance for our room to be cleaned. you need to ask them for fresh towels and other stuff.

The location was great if you preferred to be a little away from the city. It was a short train ride into Munich and the stop for the train was a short walk away with a flight of stairs. We stayed for two weeks and housekeeping came every 5 days. The trash cans in the room were not big enough for housekeeping to wait that long. Also, getting extra toilet paper was a struggle from the front desk. One person that always said hello when we came in was Diana. Otherwise most of the front desk ignored us. Our room had a coffee pot that took pods but there were no pods for it. We were told to purchase our own. I feel when you book a hotel for the amenities. You shouldn’t have to hunt down toilet paper, or purchase your own coffee.

Fantastic designer hotel right by metro station so really easy to get into central Munich in around 20 minutes. Well-appointed room with loads of storage space, comfy beds etc. Would definitely use again

Love this hotel. It’s a bit outbid the city but 1 underground train ride will get you there on the U5 line. The vibe is great. Rooms are excellent. Staff wee really helpful. Dinner is not too bad a selection, fresh and priced ok. When booking. Book with Brekky. It’s a great breakfast bar. There’s not a huge amount around the location that I could see. Helpful supermarket shop underneath. But just two stops up the underground is a massive shopping centre. Only downfall is hotel info. It’s very much an online help yourself kind of thing, and I’m sure it’s all there. That would suit many, just not me. There is a great laundry in the basement. Plenty of space to lounge around and enjoy the atmosphere that a vibrant hotel offers. I’d definitely go back. I’ll definitely give this place a 5 star rating.

Room was good. Problem is room service only every 5 days . I stayed in 9 days. Just get 1 day room service. I think it needs to be more frequent for long stay people. My opinion it should be every 2/days cleaner should clean the room and take garbage. Train sounds are coming. Because room ventilation system is not good enough need to open the window. Customer service are good. Location is good. Road parking also available. Besides the hotel had grocery stores. Everything we can buy from there.

The room was super clean and modern. We dine to the restaurant downstairs and I enjoyed the pizza. There is the a super market next to the hotel, but the cashiers may be a bit rude if you don’t speak German. The station is literally in front of the hotel, super comfortable!

The front desk staff is amazing.... the rooms are terrific. HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room.

The hotel room was lovely and fit our needs perfectly. The balcony was peaceful, and the view overlooking the garden was very pretty. The only minor downside was the dishes were not clean, but that was easily fixed with a trip to the conveniently located market next door. The train station being right outside was also extremely helpful for traveling around the area. The staff was kind and helpful, too. I would definitely recommend Revo Munich to others.
