This hotel is really close to the subway entrance which made getting around so much easier than driving. The spa worked well. Also our room with a kitchenette was a blessing to sace on costs.

It was very clean and some of the staff were very nice. I had one issue, the day I checked in I received our room and the next day, my room key didn’t work. I went to the front desk and they said I checked out, which was untrue, but then they said I need to check in again. It was a little confusing and scary but in the end it worked out. I will stay there again.

We were put in Leonardo Hotel Munchen City East instead cause the West was overbooked. The West hotel had no air conditioning the reception staff told us. They paid for our taxi to the West hotel but it was like a 20 min ride. Be aware that you may be put in a room that is like 18km away from the center.

The hotel was overall very nice and clean. However, the one downfall is it being a bit dated. The power outlets provided poor amount of power and the water system was old fashioned. The location is excellent and quiet, with a U station just around the corner and a nice grocery store nearby.

Staff were friendly though there was little problem of our checkin (the room door cannot be opened with the e-keycard). They were very helpful and we finally got in and settled. The room is tiny but room equipment is quite complete, it even have mini kitchen. The location is far from the down town but still close to U-Bahn station. It is high price-value compare to other hotel we stayed in our Europe trip this time
