The staff of this hotel was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was great and it's perfectly located near Marienplatz. The only thing was the shower was in the room and not in the bathroom, the shower head started leaking at 5AM waking us up. Otherwise we love it

Hotel is centrally located and a little quirky. We spun records in our room. Breakfast was good. They did have a private party in the restaurant/bar one night when we going to have dinner there 🤔. This hotel is truly a gem. When you step into the rooms, you'll immediately notice their pristine cleanliness, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel's location is unbeatable, as it’s situated right in the heart of the city—just a leisurely 15-minute stroll will lead you to the iconic Marienplatz. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, with restaurants and cafes nearby. The tram stop is only steps away and so is the subway. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. They are not only friendly but also genuinely eager to assist, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of your stay is nothing short of perfect. Gave us coupons for welcome drink which should normally be free. Er had our drinks and went out for dinner. When we came back, the waiter saw us and asked for money because turns out the coupons were only for 30%percent discount.This is manipulating in wrong direction. We should have bern told discount instead of welcome drinks. The rest of the stay was good.
