Great Location, Terrible Rooms:
The hotel is conveniently located downtown, close to all transportation, but the area doesn’t feel safe. Irina at the front desk was helpful, and she’s the only reason this stay wasn’t a total disaster.
The lobby looks decent, but the rooms are tiny, claustrophobic, and neglected. Mattresses are old and rock-hard, towels are ratty, and the bathroom barely fits a person. I’m used to Ibis hotels, but this one takes run-down and budget hotel to another level — in desperate need of a serious update.
