The hotel looks a little tired inside, but the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main attraction was the proximity to the Central Station. A perfect location. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there go again.

The stop for the Lufthansa bus to the airport is located right nearby, which is extremely convenient. I actually stayed here a few years ago as well. The staff at the front desk were very kind and friendly, and they were a great help. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Munich. Thank you for your kindness.

The location is super! So close to the trains and walking distance to tourist sites. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are pretty basic but I was okay with that because hotel is affordable. The room could be cleaner. We found a lot of dust on floor and spiderwebs in corners. I would stay here again though.

Second time at this lovely hotel. Was a lovely surprise to see the room I had ( the same one as my previous visit) had been given a makeover with new showers and amenities in the en-suite. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Will definitely book this hotel for my next trip to Munich.
