"My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 night 5 days very nice staff. The indoor water park was a blast the hot tub wasn’t very hot more like bath water but still a great time. Parking was a bit hard but we managed. The only thing was the room was quite dusty and had a strange smell when the heat was on. We were missing a shower liner as well and the pillow cases were definitely not clean or replaced and had stains and with that dust and a few little hairs when we moved the pillows from the top of the bed. Foundation on the comforter led me to believe that all the bed stuff was glanced over and just left from the last ppl since i do not wear makeup. Called down and just asked for clean sheets to be brought up but other than that bathroom very nice we had a balcony with a view of the slopes and the tubing was definitely one of my favorites. Do just wish i didn’t receive two dirty beds after spending so much money but win some you lose some. over all a good first time at camelback back "

"My room did not have a kitchen and i was not expecting a kitchen when i booked the room. There was a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Had a good meal in the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was average, but convenient to have a quick breakfast before hitting the road. The hotel room was clean, with comfortable bedding. Friendly reception and service from the front desk. Bartender ( who also served me dinner ), was friendly and efficient. I would stay at this property again if I am in the area. Decent value for the price."

"The room and property was clean. My son and I had a lot of fun at the water park. The only down side to that was for the amount of travelers they get, there was not enough of double tubes for families to enjoy with and because of that my son barely used any of the slides. It looked like most of the slides were closed anyway. Bowling alley wasn’t fun at all but everything else was. Food is a bit overpriced. Overall, definitely recommend. "

"Prospective renters beware of false advertising:Kitchen not stocked for large groups - lacking silverware, pots, pans, serving dishes. Dull knives, broken kuerig & toaster. One dish towel.Linens: Not one hand towel in any of the bathrooms. One towel per person for showering; 8 wash cloths for our 17 guests; no extra blankets.Sofa in game room completely sunken in and unusable. Creaky bunk beds kept us awake. Some mattresses are lumpy, others dip in the middle. We chose this place for the hot tub after skiing. When we arrived Friday night I informed the owner that the temp was 76 degrees. She said we had to wait for it to heat up. Saturday morning it was 85 degrees so she sent a service guy out. He informed us that this was an ongoing problem and that he had already told her she needed a new heat pump. She denied this and sent another service guy, who said the same as the first. Instead of having him install a new heat pump, she had him rig the hot tub with a “bypass”, which didn’t work. By Saturday night the temp was 88. Not until Sunday morning (checkout at 11am) was the temp at 96 degrees, which the owner said made it “operational”, as if we should be satisfied with that (100 degrees is standard), and offered a later checkout time so we could “enjoy more time in the tub”, which we did not want. I asked for 20% off our stay instead. She lamented that she had spent 200 on the service calls for the hot tub. In the end she forked over 100 and took no accountability."
