It’s okay, I mean if you wanna stay in a calm place and if you practice golf, but it’s pretty bored. The Arcade area: ping pong, and minigolf in very bad condition. In the cabin, several details: Hardware in poor condition in the bathroom, noisy A/C fan, curtains and door in poor condition 3/5 is a fair review

Pocono Villas was the perfect weekend for a college reunion weekend with friends. There was a combination of outdoor activities, shopping and dining options. The stay was clean, safe and modern. The resort staff members we're helpful and friendly.

The second we entered the reception area we were greeted and helped by Alexsiss and Mo, they were friendly and knowledgeable of the property. Once we got to our room it was clean, organized. We could definitely say we will return.

The front desk staff was very friendly- I believe Cecil is the one who checked us in. When we got to our room, we couldn’t find outlets beside the beds! Finally, we pulled the end tables away from the wall and the outlets were there so we could charge our phones. The main telephone for the resort was plugged in but it did not work. We did not have a fireplace in our studio unit which was sad; but they said the gas was also turned off to the fireplaces due to maintenance. Our porch did not have any furniture on it; so that was sad to not be able to sit outside to enjoy talking together on the porch and there was no outdoor table ti eat there. It also would have been nice to have tea bags and sample coffee in the unit but that’s not a big deal. I also missed having a tub bath— it was just a very oversized shower. The bed was very nice and firm. The tv was off center from the couch which was odd. Overall it felt like an old room they worked hard to upgrade. I just missed the cozy, comfortable touches.

We had a horrible experience staying here. They gave us a room that didn’t have hot water. It took hours to repair the issue. I couldn’t shower til midnight. When we ask for some kind of compensation, they gave us a very small discount which was ridiculous! The whole villa was old and in terrible condition, dryer wasn’t working either. For this outrageous prices, you can find way better elsewhere and the rest of the staff be better and treat the customers better that that. I wouldn’t NOT recommend saying there even for free.
