Parking was good and so was the kitchen! There were quite a few ladybugs in the bedroom. Every night I had to kill a few because they were crawling on the bed. Definitely an infestation somewhere in the villa!

First when we got to the villa the walk way and steps were icing. The room was very small, taking inconsiderations that it’s a studio villa but the pictures were very different and not what we expected. The heating was out of control literally we couldn’t get the heating base to a comfortable temperature it was always hot no matter how much we adjusted the temperature. The villa is out dated the bed was horrible, pillows were too soft and floppy. Let’s just say we weren’t impressed and just disappointed with it all..

We choice this resort because it was close to the Delaware Water Gate and Bushkill Falls. Otherwise we would have skipped it. The roads were broken and the property is under construction. We were in a basement suite and it was so out of date. Moldy rug, holes in the wall and the heat had a horrible smell. Not happy and would not return.

We were nervous about this booking and honestly would have backed out if we could have. The reservation was non-refundable by the time we investigated reviews, and after reading the reviews so close to our travel date, we just decided to go for it. I’m happy we did. The reviews for this place are definitely unfair. In fact, it’s kinda outrageous because our experience was pretty close to a 5/5! From the moment we arrived, the staff at check-in were friendly, helpful, and professional. They have concierges available to answer questions and make recommendations, and they really do a great job. Shantell at Guest Services was absolutely amazing—super helpful, warm, and went above and beyond. Check-in was easy, payment was straightforward, and we had no issues accessing our unit. We had a renovated room. Yes, the flooring is inexpensive and there were a few spots of chipped paint, but none of that bothered us or was even an issue and certainly nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The unit was spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and the rooms were very nice. The mattresses are standard and basic inexpensive hotel grade but they did the job. The kitchen area was clean and well-stocked with utensils, mugs, plates, and bowls. We used paper goods, but everything you’d need is there. Awesome

The room was nice. I loved the bathroom and the large shower. I didn’t really do any amenities, but it was great that they had amenities. The staff was nice. They were friendly and kind. I had a great experience and would go back. The restaurant on the premises was decent but just basic food options. The drinks were good.

I have never done a bad review in my life. But Expedia needs to take this place off of their selection. After moving our rooms and we were not crazy about the second room but it was better than the first. We looked up how to get a refund and it looked like it wasn’t possible. The whole place looked like an episode of the walking dead. We basically stayed in our room the whole time on edge with anxiety. I could not believe it! And… they are a time share??? We had to do a 60 min presentation. That’s the worst. We couldn’t wait to leave. The place was just awful! Don’t do it.
