I never write bad reviews. I would just stay quiet and accept my losses. THIS is unacceptable. The pool area. It’s best you shut it down that to have it look like that. The tub?!? My Jesus. Half way cleaned. As business owners. Do better!

Well the first smell when I walked into the lobby was weed smoke. Took about 20 minutes to get a room key. The rooms air conditioning was broke so it took about a hour to get another room. And I’m guessing the hotel rents out party rooms on the weekends. The swimming pool had mold on the top ring concrete. This is not a family hotel at all definitely would have payed way more for a better hotel. Also breakfast was the same every day and no juice.

The room itself was gross. Walls were caked with things on them. Items left from previous guests on the beds. There were bugs in the microwave, ants all over the place and bugs all over the bathrooms. The pull out sofa mattress was absolutely disgusting and had multiple stains all over it. Also we picked this place because they offered pack and plays/cribs for infants and we got there and they didnt offer either one to guests. Which after seeing the state the room was in I wouldnt have let my daughter sleep on it anyway.

Very disappointed. Got this for my daughter and her arm got sucked in on drain on pool- she was bruised for a week. She let management know so they could fix it. She sent me pics of bugs etc. I’m tougher than she is on rooms, so for her to really be disappointed, it was a bad experience.

The staff were amazing! There was mold in the bathroom around the vent and on the shower ceiling. The breakfast lacked from other choice hotels that we stayed out. There was sausage, hard biscuits and cereal.

This property was dirty and in complete disrepair. There are holes in walls and ceilings and in the tub in our room. The pool area is covered in mildew, mold, and rust. The breakfast bar had a broken juice machine with no other drink options to accommodate for the inconvenience. The room was very dirty. The carpet, curtains, walls and furniture were covered in stains. Outlets didn't work. Had to unplug the TV to use the microwave. The staff was nice but the hotel itself was horrible.
