"I had a very disappointing experience staying here and would not choose this place again. From the moment we arrived, it was frustrating—there is very little signage, making it difficult to navigate the property or even find the elevator. After a long day of traveling, the last thing you want is to feel lost trying to get to your room. The walls are extremely thin and the doors are not properly sealed, so you can hear everything happening outside—people talking, doors slamming, and general hallway noise—which made it very hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. One of the biggest issues I had was with the $200 hold placed on my card. It was charged and not returned in a timely manner, which was both frustrating and concerning. It added unnecessary stress to the stay. The room itself also had several problems. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in, and it never really went away. Cleanliness seemed questionable overall—the microwave was greasy, which made me uncomfortable using it, and the bathroom amenities were very poor. The shower didn’t have good-quality soap or shampoo, so I would definitely recommend bringing your own. Overall, between the lack of signage, noise issues, cleanliness concerns, and the problem with the deposit, this was not a good experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay."

"Beautiful historic place to stay"

"The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The listing stated that breakfast was included. Honestly, when it says that—usually it implies a rich, buffet-style spread... especially since I’m paying for it! That’s how it ought to be; instead, when we went to get breakfast, it was a total DISAPPOINTMENT. There was a security guard who asked for our room number and handed us a measly little paper bag containing just two pathetic little items—barely enough for even one person, let alone two! I would go so far as to call it SCANDALOUS!!! That is all."

"I have dated this hotel previously. This time they put me in the east Tower. The bed was horrible. The water pressure was horrible. The towels felt like sandpaper. They do offer a breakfast, but it should be free. We shouldn’t have to pay $10 a person or I press it that I would get free at different hotels. "

"Front desk staff was lovely, but the property itself needs work. Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot."
