"The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The breakfast was okay but didn't have a lot of protein options. Basically bagels and bread. I think the thing that triggered me is that there is not elevator for the second floor. My sister walks fine for short distances but can't do stairs. We asked the front desk person if we could trade just one of our two rooms, and the entire time she was taking care of it she was rude and acted upset for us asking. I guess she wanted a disabled customer to try and go up and down the stairs? Weird. We were nice about it, I don't understand why you couldn't be."
