I backed my car into a space that it will make it extremely difficult for the theives to get my bikes. The poor woman at the desk had to repeat over and over, 'the internet is broken.' They did give us a $20 refund, but stll no breakfast.

One of the main reasons we chose this property was the laundry facilities. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers for guests to use. I started early, before other guests arrived to wash. I used both washers with no issues. Only one of the dryers was functional.... by functional I mean that it lit up and took my quarters. It did NOT dry my clothes. Other guests were trying to get laundry done and we asked a staff member if they could dry our clothes in the main laundry room (next to guest laundry). Reluctantly, one load of my clothes was taken back to dry. It was returned with still wet clothes. At this point I had spent nearly $10 and still had two loads of wet laundry. We drove to a laundromat and dried the clothes. Somewhere along the way I lost one sock... these were $25 socks that had been worn once. I'm very careful... check and double check machines. I believe the staff member lost the sock. I'm out $40 to wash two small loads of clothes. Not to mention that it took up my entire evening. Not pleased at all! I would never stay there again.

Arrived at 2:45 would not let me check in until 3 not a single car in the parking lot but evidently no clean rooms available checked in at 3:05 and miraculously there were rooms available granted it was a different lady who checked me in other than that the pool was advertised as warm 90 degrees not even close convenient and inexpensive

Beware Kayenta Monument Valley Inn

When we arrived we were told that this property had not had WiFi Internet access since July, and that there was no established timeline for restoring it! Yet Hotels.com claimed that it did, and in fact still claimed that it did in October. Since I had to work during the trip, we could not stay and asked for a refund. After much haggling with Hotels, who initially refused us a refund, we finally did get this resolved and were refunded our money.

There was no fridge or microwave. Their web site didn't claim to have these, but still, I haven't stayed in a hotel/motel in the past decade that DIDN'T have these. The room was clean but we had trouble with the deadbolt and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall. Restaurant on site but not part of the stay. We ate across the street at the Blue Coffee Pot diner

Older but Nice

This is an older hotel, but very well kept. Our room was clean and filled our needs completely. While we didn't experience any of the food venues, we enjoyed a restful night in our own room. Perhaps our only complaint was that it had no elevator, and climbing outdoor stairs to the second floor was difficult for us.
