Looked pretty safe because of lighting. They need to fix the issue with the key card. It was 2 hours before checkout but when I started taking stuff to my car the key card quit working. Then I took it to the front desk which was staffed with a couple of rude staff, and I asked if the card would work again, the woman told me she didn't know. Just fix the cards to not quit working until checkout time.

Property is aging but room and bed were clean... bed was a little hard - 2 shampoo's, no conditioner. Biggest issue was it says pet friendly but was not obvious stated anywhere that we had to get a special pet room?? They let us stay in the room originally reserved but got charged a little extra.

Not good for the money. But there is not much alternative options and they are making use of it. Breakfast was horrible. That too first come first serve. Within 15 min everything over. IF you ask to refill then they will replace all cans and feels like that items were not served before. Not at all friendly staff. Old hotel so cant expect much. but expect good daily cost due to the unavailability of other hotels. Area is nice and cool.

I stayed there in July of 2025 and the side door was not working. I stayed there again in October of 2025 and the door was still broken. Was told by the girl at front desk the side door doesn't work and and it never has worked but yet I was able to exit out out of it. I have 2 service K9s and they made me sign some paper as I am a disabled veteran and have never had to sign anything in any hotel; I chose a different hotel back home. I will not stay there again.

Room was clean, some staff were helpful but the staff at our check in and evenings was a ‘no’ person… no breakfast the first morning we were there - truck broke down apparently but no offer of any partial refund. Parking was great and everything you needed was across the street.

Overall, we had a nice stay. Our room was clean with easy access, it was quiet and we felt safe. However, the building itself was in need of repair and new paint in places. The morning breakfast ran short of food and was not able to resupply. The grounds were nice except for an abandoned car out front.

Kenny at the front desk was amazing along with Jolene from my agent at hotels. Com chat. They were both working together to make us happy and they did. Kenny was very friendly at the hotel. Because of those two I will use hotels.com again
