L’endroit est propre mais les employés, ça laisse à désiré. Lors de mon arrivée, l’employé du soir m’a chargé deux fois le dépôt de sécurité. À mon checkout le lendemain, l’employé sur place me dit qu’elle peut rien faire et que le dépôt sera fait dans 3 à 5 jours ouvrables sans pouvoir me confirmer que les deux dépôts me seront retourner. Après avoir demandé de parler à la directrice, on m’a dit que ce serait réglé pour le lendemain. Bref, trois jours plus tard j’ai dû téléphoner à ma banque. D’ailleurs ni l’employé ni la directrice n’a cru bon de s’excuser de la situation. Bref, c’est facile de prendre plus d’argent que prévu sur la carte des clients mais de rembourser c’est plus difficile visiblement.
