The room was ok but had a very small refrigerator with no freezer section to keep ice packs for cooler. Only 1 night table for 2 people in a king size bed. Some face towels had dirt stains on them. Continental breakfast was poor with just cold boiled eggs, very slow toaster giving uneven toasting, watered down coffee, no sausages or bacon or hot scrambled eggs like the Quality inn. Whirlpool bath water temperature was just slightly warm and not hot like the quality inn. Pool water was cold. No shower gel to help wash off the chlorine from the body at the pool like other establishments. Only positive about the pool was the safety measures put in place to keep children safe. In future if i stay there again i will go have breakfast at a local restaurant to get a warm breakfast. Cleaning staff was excellent 6 stars.

I liked everything about this hotel, it’s my go to for everytime I go to Montréal but the only thing I didn’t like was that they came knocking at my door even before the check out time, it felt like they’re kicking me out & didn’t like that. I know i’m supposed to check at 11:00 I will, period.

The whole floor i stayed on strongly smelled like a mix of musty and chemicals. Luck for me the window opened and i could vent our room for the entire stay. Besides that, the shower knob would stick and jump, it almost burnt me with scalding hot water. The tub spout felt like it would rip out of the wall when i turned the shower on. The interior door knob was falling off too. Overall the hotel was clean and a bit worn. The staff was great. But i won’t be coming back here next trip.

I paid one night $350 not worth bed and pillows not comfortable, bedbugs in the bed and upstairs some one jumping ( so noise) there’s no sound proof. 2 days I live in Embassy suites very good hotel every thing there good next day also I wont to stay there but there is no room that’s why I I booked super 8 I have a bad experience for super 8 I am not booked this hotel eney more.

Nice comfy clean beds. Carpets in lobby and elevator seemed dirty. Daily breakfast is very basic and doesn't have any hot items. Canned fruit served in breakfast was barely edible.
