Room not prepared for arrival, sofa bed didn’t have sheets, we had to pick it up from the reception and make it ourselves. In addition the had ”run out of pillows” and there was not enough towels based on the number of people in our booking. Hotel doesn’t match what they charge per night.

The reservation was disastrous not from the hotel but from Expedia. I booked a room for five people, but no room in the hotel could accommodate five. Expedia made a significant error, and I will never use their services again for anything. We ended up renting a second room. We got a discount from the manager Maradona he was very nice and professioal.
