We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite raising our concerns multiple times with the staff and managers, nothing meaningful was done to address the issues. On August 30, 2025, the room directly across from ours was given to wedding guests who treated it like a party space. They constantly made noise, shouted in the halls, let children play loudly, and slammed doors at all hours as people came and went. We first reported this in the afternoon because we could not rest, but the disturbance continued. That night around midnight, we were woken up again by shouting, kids running around, and non-stop door slamming. Even after we complained again, nothing was resolved for over an hour. The next morning, after our third complaint, we discovered the disruptive guests had propped their door wide open with a bin, shouting and speaking loudly as if the hallway was theirs. When we raised our frustration yet again, the supervising staff told us the guests “had the right to keep their door open.” This response was shocking and showed complete disregard for other paying guests. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The management failed to ensure even the most basic standards of peace, respect, and hospitality. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here.

my family and I stayed for a couple of nights. The beds wee clean and comfortable, staff was nice and the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Old Montreal, I was expecting to pay a lot on Ubers but everything was walkable (with good shoes). the only issues we had were we found ants in our room - tiny ones and on the last day. But the USB and plugs for chargers by the beds were not working so we had to take turns charging our phones. nothing major, we spent most of our days outside anyways.

Great hotel with prime location and parking.

Location was excellent. Underground parking that fit our F150 lightening with lots of electric charging stations and easy access to hotel elevators. Staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful. Very clean and quiet. Could not hear noises from the road or hallways. Beds were firm which we found comfortable. The only issue we had was our room was not ready until after 5pm when check-in starts at 4pm, so we had to wait.

It was so bland for $400 a night (and then they have the audacity to then charge a fortune for parking???) Seriously, talk about generic. If I’m going to pay that, I WILL say in a nicer hotel. I’ve stay in roadside motels that were nicer. Location is great, but what a let down.

It was amazing in most of the part . But washroom should have liquid hand washing soap instead of little bar siap! It had a huge impact on infection control . It was really bad . Also there was no body lotion suppplied .
