I liked the lobby decor, the friendly staff and the clean room. The hotel was located close to everything we wanted to visit, so we were able to walk everywhere and enjoy exploring the city.

The first day the staff was wonderful. Very cheerful. Explained everything about the stay with a continuous smile on her face. I opted for the Valet service as the venue we were visiting was just around the corner. However, when I gave my keys to the front desk to give to the valet service they had a guitar rope keychain and a brass Snoopy keychain that I have had for 30 years. It was not on the keychain when returned and I mention it being missing. The Valet did not know what I was talking about. My mother who gave to me many years ago, has since passed and I'm rather upset it is missing. Also it would have been nice if the hotel would have let us know about the holiday parade. It took us an hour driving around the city, hitting road block after road block trying to leave. We would have left earlier to avoid it. Crazy.

The room was VERY dark. The lighting was terrible. The TV volume would not turn up. It took hours for someone to come to the room to fix it. Once they fixed it when I came back to my room fell asleep with the tv on, woke up to turn it down and I couldn't get the volume to turn down at all. I typically sleep with the tv on to drown out the city noise but had to turn it off since the volume wouldn't go down. On another note the staff were very friendly rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Location is great.

Very noisy hotel on a Main Street. Terrible food and service in the restaurant. They need a lesson in Customer service. From desk customer service rep Joanne, was the only positive encounter we had during our stay. Would not recommend.
