The Space:

Designed to comfortably host up to four guests, this large hotel room combines thoughtful layout with modern touches. The king and queen beds are dressed in soft, high-quality linens, offering restful sleep and plenty of room to stretch out, ideal for groups, families, or friends traveling together.



The space includes a dedicated desk area and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for working remotely or planning the day. A smart TV is mounted for easy streaming, while a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, and toaster offer practical options for quick meals or snacks. There’s also a private coffee machine in the lobby, offering complimentary coffee whenever you need a boost.

Elevator Notice:

Your room is on the 4th floor, the top level of the building. The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor, followed by a short staircase to access your room. If you need help with luggage, we’ll be happy to assist.

*Early check-in / late check-out: $50 (subject to availability, must be arranged in advance)

- Earliest check-in: 1:00 PM

- Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional fees or an extra night charge



*Occupancy

- Maximum room capacity must be respected

- Please inform us in advance if your booking needs to be updated



*Security & Access

- Valid ID is required for all guests upon check-in

- Do not share access cards with non-registered guests



*Lost access cards may incur a replacement fee

- Security cameras are in place in common areas for safety



*Conduct & House Rules

- Smoking and prohibited substances usage are not permitted inside the property

- Events or group gatherings are not allowed



*Quiet hours:

- Summer: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

- Winter: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

- Respect for other guests and staff is essential



*Damages & Responsibility

- Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay

- Additional cleaning fees may apply if the room condition requires it

- Any issue should be reported promptly to avoid liability

- Interference with safety equipment will incur charges for repair or replacement, with a minimum fee of CAD 500.

- Only service animals are permitted

- Documentation must be provided prior to check-in



*Lost & Found

- The hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten items

- Return shipping can be arranged at the guest’s expense
