We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at L'appartement Hotel with the kids. Very well located, close to Sainte Catherine and Mc Gill, and we were surprised to get a real spacious 1-bedroom appartment! We had a living room with sofa bed, perfect for the kids, and a separate bedroom for the parents. The kitchen was perfect for our stay and we even had a dining room where we had dinner, and a real size desk as well. It's affordable, simple, but very clean and spacious, very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Montreal.

Staff was helpful and bilingual. Pool area is lovely, which was important for the kids. We loved our suite, with multiple bedrooms, a well stocked(with dishes) mini galley kitchen and even a nice little keurig with decent coffee. The breakfast is pretty good. No hot cooked items like bacon, but plenty of fresh Montreal bagels and crusty sourdough, as well as basics like juice and hot chocolate, cereal, yogurt and cold cuts. Actually the coffee was quite good too. The hotel is very central. Even though it was quite cold we walked to Chinatown and a fun winter market; and so many things are nearby. Super happy with the whole stay.

The room was nice and clean. There was plenty available for breakfast. It’s centrally located for everything in easy walking distance.
Love, the fact there was a balcony. Too cold to use it, but it was nice to open it for a moment. It would be great in the summer.!

Courteous, efficient front desk staff. Suite was clean and spacious. Kitchenette well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Note: walls are apparently not sound-proof. Noise from adjacent rooms and in the hallways was noticeable.

The hotel seemed old but was homely. Lots of cleaning staff working throughout the day. The swimming pool was nice. The business center provided a nice working space. However, The beds were too soft. The sofa bed was hard to pull out. Blankets were very thin. The sound insulation was poor. One night two men’s all night chat came through the window and kept me awake all night.

Overall a good stay. Staff was excellent and helpful throughout. Couple of things… - the hotel is very hot- in the rooms and hallways as well. We turned off the heat completely in the room but still had to crack a window -would be great to add hot items to the breakfast options but there was plenty of good things to eat- recco going early as it gets busy -pull out couch is very small and would be good for small children - if you have four adults, would recco bringing an air mattress or arrange for a cot which we did -great location - right downtown and close to shopping etc The staff made our stay great! Will be back for sure!
