The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were super comfy. We loved the ease of the hotel check-in and check-out. We especially loved the free parking garage under the hotel. The gym was huge and very clean, with beautiful views of the city. The pool and sauna were very nice after a cold day of walking around the city. I would recommend the area as very convenient to the underground city, restaurants, and subway system.

The computer system was down at check-in and it was rather chaotic, as they could t print keys or take CC deposits. The young desk staff were doing the best they could to manage it, but they seemed very ill-prepared and whomever the managers of the hotel are were not supporting them nor dealing with the issues. Room itself was very nice, good products and comfortable bed. I would be more forgiving for a new hotel like this to have some issues, but the fact that it’s under the Marriott umbrella and seemed very very poorly run, the experience left us never wanting to return.

Breakfast options limited but lots of restaurants around so no big deal. Pool area absolutely amazing, staff couldn’t have been nicer. Nice trendy hotel, new, clean, awesome place to stay. I didn’t catch the name of the person who checked us in but they were awesome. We had been travelling since 2am to get to Montreal with two small kids and we had a game to see that night. They went out of their way to arrange an early check in when we got to the hotel at like 9am. We were able to get into our room get settled have a nap and then hit the ground running. Awesome overall experience, would recommend and would return again no question!!
