Travelled with family and two dogs and can say this was one of the most accomodating hotels for dogs, park / relief area next door made it convenient. Area itself was easy to navigate, close to restaurants and highway. Female staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful while I got more sassy / disrespectful customer service from the male staff who would barely give me the time of day. Would come here only if travelling with my dogs, otherwise other hotels would be sufficient.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The rooms were very clean and had full amenities. With all that being said I had a terrible experience. My trip there was a 5 hour drive. We checked in and was placed in room 315. We unpacked and went out for the evening and returned late. We were extremely tired from the long day of travel and activities and was looking forward to a good nites sleep. Well, the room was directly above a wedding reception and all we heard was loud music. We called the desk to ask if there was another room available and we were told unfortunately, no. We were also told the reception would last until 2:30 am. Needless to say we did not get any sleep. We only slept for 3-4 hours since we had an early morning to start the activities for the next day. We were told our room would be changed and it was after 1 pm. We had to cut our day trip short to get back to the hotel to get our room changed to a higher floor. We were moved to room 515, two floors above the reception room. AND we were told another reception was happening that nite. Again we had to endure the loud music, not as bad but we definitely heard it and it caused a delay in our falling alseep. We left the following morning and had to drive 5 hours back the to the states on very little sleep. Not sure I'll stay there again. I feel like I spent money and nevr received the service I paid for. Not good...

Great convenient hotel!

Rooms were very clean and in good condition. Lobby was very attractive and comfortable. The only service issue was that the Blandino cafe seemed very understaffed on the morning that we had breakfast there

Everything about the hotel, its location and cleanliness are top notch. We were getting away for the weekend from Ohio, USA. We stayed for 2 nights but we didn’t have housekeeping clean the room or change the sheets while we were there. I don’t know the policy of that but I thought it should have been changed atleast one time. Asides that, it’s a perfect place to stay. We would stay there again if we visit Montreal again.
