On‑site paid parking is available at $30 per night on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Reservations are not possible, in‑and‑out access is not permitted, and availability cannot be guaranteed. For added convenience, we can provide recommendations for nearby parking options should the on‑site lot be full.

Please note there are no designated accessibility spaces on‑site.

- Latest check-out: 2:00 PM

- Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional fees or an extra night charge



*Occupancy

- Maximum room capacity must be respected

- Please inform us in advance if your booking needs to be updated



*Security & Access

- Valid ID is required for all guests upon check-in

- Do not share access cards with non-registered guests



*Lost access cards may incur a replacement fee

- Security cameras are in place in common areas for safety



*Conduct & House Rules

- Smoking and prohibited substances usage are not permitted inside the property

- Events or group gatherings are not allowed



*Quiet hours:

- Summer: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

- Winter: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

- Respect for other guests and staff is essential



*Damages & Responsibility

- Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay

- Additional cleaning fees may apply if the room condition requires it

- Any issue should be reported promptly to avoid liability

- Interference with safety equipment will incur charges for repair or replacement, with a minimum fee of CAD 500.  



*Pets

- Only service animals are permitted

- Documentation must be provided prior to check-in



*Lost & Found

- The hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten items

- Return shipping can be arranged at the guest’s expense
