I gave an excellent review to this hotel because it is clean, personnel is very kind, restaurant menu and food are pretty good, breakfast buffet is basic but more than enough and price is great. Considering this is a 3-star hotel, you get a lot of good things from it.

Our recent stay at the Comfort Inn Monterrey was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff welcomed us with warm hospitality and an efficient check-in process. The guest room was remarkably clean, modern, and spacious, featuring incredibly comfortable beds that guaranteed a great night's rest after a long day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious, fresh breakfast buffet every morning, which offered an excellent variety of choices to kickstart our day. The property's convenient location made navigating the city a breeze, and the reliable, fast Wi-Fi was perfect for staying connected. Breakfast food was great, but the breakfast area is very, very busy on weekends. The room is spacious, well-furnished, and has great space for luggage. The bathroom has no real window and no extractor, so there is always a musty smell in the bathroom.

The gym is a joke, just a small room with 2 treadmills. That’s all The “buffet breakfast” is nothing more than yogurt, bread and 2 different kind of scrambled eggs The pool is ok Other than that it offers nothing The bathroom includes soap and shampoo but they were empty, the cleaning people went int there and never even noticed

Breakfast menu was fine. The problem was that they didnt have enough personnel on a very busy weekend with a full hotel. No food and no clean dishes on Saturday- Monday May 2nd -4th. The lobby floors were dirty
