I stayed in a Terrace room and did pay extra at the time of check-in for that style of room. The room felt larger than the usual Safi rooms. The terrace is nice but it did not have a few, but just being able to step outside in the middle of the night without having to go down the elevator was nice. The only downside on my stay was that the bottled hand soap and two of the dispensers in the shower were very low. I would of only complained if I did not have my own. However, paying extra at the time of check-in, this should of not been an issue. Other than that, the front desk staff were great, the valet and outside personnel were also great and greeted me every time I left or arrived on site. This hotel is still great, secure and next to some fabulous shopping and dining.

This is a lovely hotel and terrific food and service. I really enjoyed my stay and it was my second visit and will look forward to next time. Monterrey is a beautiful city.

I was not happy I booked two rooms and one room was leaking water 1403 room number had to keep requesting towels my daughter almost fell when u shower water comes from wall area fill the other attached room. My other room 1415 I requested handicap was not at all and ac was not cold at all . We went to pool and no beverages allowed sun after 6pm Also the buffer no special price for senior citizen that is very bad $30 dollars for mom coffee and bread she does not eat almost minting Buffett was not work $30 for breakfast ??
